Yida China Reports 48% Year-on-Year Decline in Contract Sales for First Five Months

YIDA CHINA (03639) has released its latest operational data, revealing a significant decrease in contract sales for the initial five months of the year.

For the month of May alone, the group's total contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 35 million, with attributable contract sales reaching around RMB 32 million.

The corresponding sales area for the group during May was 2,788 square meters, with an attributable sales area of 2,530 square meters.

The average selling price for the group in May was about RMB 12,600 per square meter, while the attributable average selling price was approximately RMB 12,800 per square meter.

Cumulatively for the period from January to the end of May, the group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 185 million, representing a substantial year-on-year decrease of 48.47%.

The attributable contract sales for the same five-month period totaled about RMB 182 million.

The total sales area for the group over these five months reached 14,200 square meters, with an attributable sales area of 14,000 square meters.

The average selling price for the group during the cumulative period was roughly RMB 13,023 per square meter, while the attributable average selling price was about RMB 13,100 per square meter.
