Dachang Technology's ChiNext IPO Under Inquiry, Aims to Raise 501.66 Million Yuan

On January 22, Anhui Dachang Technology Co., Ltd. (Dachang Technology) saw the status of its application for listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board change to "under inquiry," with BOC International (China) Limited acting as its sponsor. The company plans to raise a total of 501.66 million yuan.

According to the prospectus, Dachang Technology is primarily engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of automotive components and related tooling and molds. Its main products include body structural assemblies, chassis components, and related tooling and molds. The company is recognized as a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in refined and unique technologies.

Currently, the company's core business products are applied in the automotive manufacturing industry, with its main customer base consisting of domestic mainstream automobile OEMs and well-known automotive parts suppliers. Since its establishment, Dachang Technology has consistently focused deeply on the automotive parts manufacturing sector.

Through years of technical accumulation and development, the company possesses a series of self-developed core technologies in product design, product validation, product manufacturing, and process equipment. It maintains its core competitiveness through continuous R&D investment. After over two decades of growth, the company has established a full-process closed-loop management system covering product design and development, process flows, quality control, testing and validation, to mass production delivery, and has accumulated extensive experience in automotive parts product development and industrialization.

Over the years, leveraging its excellent product capabilities and service quality, the company has successfully obtained Tier-1 supplier qualifications from multiple mainstream automakers. It has established long-term, stable cooperative relationships with companies including Chery Automobile, GAC Group, GAC Honda, Volkswagen, Changan Automobile, Great Wall Motors, JAC Motors, Zhenyi Auto, BYD, Leapmotor, XPeng Motors, and Benteler.

The total funds raised from this offering, after deducting issuance expenses, are intended to be fully used for projects related to the company's main business and to provide capital required for the development of its primary operations. The specific details are as follows:

Financially, for the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and the period from January to September 2025, Dachang Technology achieved revenues of approximately 816 million yuan, 1.255 billion yuan, 1.171 billion yuan, and 815 million yuan, respectively. Net profits for the same periods were approximately 73.5361 million yuan, 104 million yuan, 91.4041 million yuan, and 58.0162 million yuan, respectively.
