China Unicom September Customer Satisfaction Rate Reaches 96.1%, 5G Network Users Total 256 Million

China Unicom (00762) has released an announcement with key operating data as of September 2026, according to which the cumulative number of connected users reached 1.333 billion.

Among them, the cumulative number of 5G network users reached 256 million, and the cumulative number of IoT terminal connections reached 790 million.

The number of large enterprise clients for Unicom Cloud institutional industry amounted to 562,000, while the number of paid users for cloud intelligence products stood at 124 million.

During the month, the proportion of intelligent services provided by smart customer service was 86.2%, and the satisfaction rate for resolving customer demands was 96.1%.

The number of large government and enterprise clients for security services was 481,000.
