China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) announced that its Board of Directors approved key senior-management changes at the Sixteenth Meeting of the Third Session on 30 March 2026. Effective immediately, Liang Shipeng and Guo Jimin join the firm’s Management Committee, and Liang Shipeng succeeds Zhou Jiaxing as Chief Compliance Officer.
Liang Shipeng, born in November 1969, has served as a Party Committee member of CICC since December 2025. His previous roles include chief compliance officer and chief risk officer of China Galaxy Securities, in addition to senior positions at the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s Tibet and Qinghai bureaus. Liang holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in business administration from Northwest University.
Guo Jimin, born in October 1971, has been a Party Committee member of CICC since February 2026. Her prior experience spans leadership posts within Galaxy Securities, including general manager of its FICC business headquarters and bond investment department. Guo earned bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in economics from Xiamen University and is a CFA charterholder. She also served as a visiting scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2006.
Outgoing Chief Compliance Officer Zhou Jiaxing will transition to a new role within the company. He confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or creditor attention. CICC expressed gratitude for Zhou’s contributions and stated that the compliance handover will follow regulatory requirements.
Remuneration for Liang and Guo will be set in accordance with relevant regulations. As of the announcement date, CICC’s Board comprises two Executive Directors—Chen Liang and Wang Shuguang; three Non-executive Directors—Zhang Wei, Kong Lingyan and Tian Ting; and three Independent Non-executive Directors—Ng Kong Ping Albert, Lu Zhengfei and Zhou Yu.
