DOBOT: No Share Issuance in July; 120,000 Equity-Incentive Units Lapsed, Public Float Intact

Shenzhen Dobot Corp Ltd (DOBOT) submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable share structure and compliance with listing requirements.

Issued Share Capital • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 439.96 million, comprising 393.80 million H shares listed in Hong Kong and 46.16 million domestic shares with a par value of RMB1 each. • No new shares were issued and no treasury-share movements occurred during the month.

Public Float • The company affirmed that its H-share public float continues to meet the 25% minimum threshold required under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

Equity-Incentive Schemes • H Share Option Scheme: 100,000 unvested options lapsed after an employee resignation, reducing outstanding options to 9.35 million. • H Share Award Scheme: 20,000 unvested share awards lapsed for the same reason; no shares were issued or transferred. • The combined cap for all outstanding and future grants under the option and award schemes remains 42.33 million shares, equivalent to 10% of the total share count on the 9 October 2025 adoption date.

Other Instruments • The report disclosed no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

With no changes to issued capital and all regulatory requirements met, DOBOT ends July 2026 maintaining a steady equity base and sufficient public float.
