The firm also sold 200 ordinary shares for US$13,730.00 at a price of US$68.65. The transactions were executed in response to delta one product hedging arising from wholly unsolicited client-driven orders. The disclosure confirms that Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
