CHINA AEROSPACE (00031) announced that it expects to record an annual net loss of approximately HK$2.7 billion to HK$2.9 billion for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This represents a significant widening of the loss compared to the annual net loss of HK$83.853 million recorded in 2024. The primary reason for the further increase in net loss this year is the continued downturn in the commercial property leasing market in mainland China, particularly in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. This has led to a greater loss from the decline in the fair value of the company's investment properties compared to 2024.
