IMOTIONTECH (01274) announced that the company has recently received several designation notices, with two particularly noteworthy. First, the company obtained a "Designation Development Notice" from a leading independent brand in South China (referred to as the "new client"), selecting IMOTIONTECH as the supplier for a combined advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) solution for a mainstream mass-production vehicle model. The company will provide an ADAS domain controller solution based on Horizon Robotics' Journey®6B (J6B) chip, marking one of the first designated J6B integrated domain controller products for driving and parking functions.
Second, IMOTIONTECH received a "Designation Development Notice" from a leading new-energy vehicle startup in Zhejiang. The company will supply combined ADAS solutions for three of the client's overseas models, helping the mass-production vehicles meet the EU General Safety Regulation (GSR) requirements and comply with the E-NCAP 2026 five-star safety standard. The first model is expected to enter mass production in the first half of next year.
Securing these two clients demonstrates IMOTIONTECH's R&D capabilities, gaining recognition from both new and existing customers. This further strengthens the company's market competitiveness and enhances its position in the new-energy passenger vehicle sector, supporting future growth in market influence and sustainable development.
IMOTIONTECH will actively advance these R&D projects. However, given the risks and uncertainties in developing combined ADAS solutions, the company will focus on product development while strengthening risk management to mitigate potential market volatility impacts.
