Xiaocaiyuan repurchases 344,000 shares for HKD 2.47 million, raising treasury stock to 11.49 million shares

Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. (Xiaocaiyuan) disclosed that it repurchased 344,000 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details – Shares bought back: 344,000 – Price range: HKD 7.10–7.18 per share – Volume-weighted average price: HKD 7.1712 per share – Total consideration: HKD 2.47 million

• Capital structure impact – Issued shares (excluding treasury) fell 0.03% to 1.16503 billion. – Treasury shares increased to 11.49 million. – Total issued share count remained unchanged at 1.17652 billion.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – Mandate authorised on 20 April 2026 permits repurchase of up to 117.65 million shares. – Cumulative buybacks under the mandate now stand at 11.49 million shares, representing 0.98% of the share base on the mandate date.

• Post-repurchase restrictions Under Hong Kong listing rules, Xiaocaiyuan cannot issue, sell or transfer treasury shares until 9 August 2026 (30 days after the latest buyback), unless prior Exchange approval is obtained.

The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Exchange’s Main Board Rules and relevant regulations.
