LENS (06613) Shareholder Transfers HK$510 Million Worth of Stock from Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities to Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 13, a shareholder of LENS (06613) transferred shares from Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities to Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities, with the transferred shares valued at HK$510 million, representing a 5.64% stake. Separately, Kingtone Investment announced that on January 12, 2026, its directly wholly-owned subsidiary, Redwood, sold approximately 1.2706 million LENS shares at an average price of about HK$30.30 per share. This sale, combined with a previous transaction on January 9, 2026, where Redwood sold 1.32 million LENS shares at an average price of about HK$29.06 per share, resulted in a total disposal of approximately 2.5906 million LENS shares through market transactions. The total consideration for these disposals amounted to approximately HK$76.8576 million (excluding transaction costs), which was received in cash upon settlement. The sold shares constituted approximately 0.86% of the total issued share capital of LENS listed on the Stock Exchange as of the date of the announcement. Following the completion of the disposals, Redwood no longer holds any shares in LENS.
