According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Jiang Jinzhi reduced his holdings in Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. (01989) by a combined 521,100 shares on September 21 and 22.
The total consideration for the disposals amounted to approximately HK$72.03 million.
Following the reduction, Jiang Jinzhi's latest holding stands at 2,743,300 shares, representing a 5.96% stake in the company.
