China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. announced the successful completion of its 2026 seventh tranche of short-term commercial paper on 19 May 2026.
The issue amounts to RMB2.00 billion, priced at RMB100 per unit, and carries a tenor of 281 days. The final coupon rate was fixed at 1.47%. Proceeds are earmarked to supplement the company’s working capital.
The transaction falls under the authorization granted at the first extraordinary general meeting of 2025, which permits the board to issue debt financing instruments up to 350% of the company’s latest audited net assets.
