On April 27 and 28, a 40-member core team from Vietnamese high-end real estate distribution and consulting leader Mayhomes, led by Chairman Pham Xuan Hieu and General Manager Nguyen Hai Chau, visited SINO-OCEAN GP. The delegation toured the group's headquarters, the INDIGO commercial complex in Beijing, the Yuanyang Yuanshan Chunqiu residential project, and the Chunxuanmao (Beijing Beiyuan) senior living apartment. The visit was hosted by Sun Xia, General Manager of the Development Management Center of SINO-OCEAN GP, Thomas Yang, Deputy General Manager of the Hong Kong Affairs Center, and relevant principals from SINO-OCEAN GP's construction management division.
The first stop for the delegation was the headquarters of SINO-OCEAN GP, the base for its "Building·Health" philosophy. At the headquarters, the team praised not only the high-quality lobby and public areas but also the health-focused details integrated into the office spaces. From the clever combination of an indoor running track and a soilless vegetable cultivation area to height-adjustable desks and gentle, eye-protecting lighting, these details transform healthy office concepts from mere slogans into tangible daily realities. General Manager Nguyen Hai Chau remarked, "For the Vietnamese market, which is currently experiencing a wave of office space upgrades, this ability to translate building standards into user experience is precisely the reference model we are seeking."
At the INDIGO project in Beijing, the delegation showed strong interest in the development of China's Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) model. Chairman Pham Xuan Hieu stated, "This integrated development model, which combines transportation, commerce, office spaces, and public areas, represents an advanced direction for high-density urban development and provides a very important reference framework for us." The Yuanyang Yuanshan Chunqiu project, a benchmark development in SINO-OCEAN GP's "Chunqiu Series" located at the foot of Beijing's Western Hills, also received high praise from the delegation. From its master-planned layout and mountainous site selection to the room dimensions of each unit and the choice of landscape vegetation, SINO-OCEAN GP's precise understanding of client lifestyle habits earned collective acclaim from these marketing experts.
A key part of the visit was the tour of the Chunxuanmao (Beijing Beiyuan) senior living apartment. In Vietnam, professional, market-oriented senior care service systems are still in the exploratory stages. Consequently, the Mayhomes team paid particular attention to this segment, meticulously noting details ranging from the barrier-free spatial design and age-friendly facilities to the professional tiered care system, rehabilitation services, and diverse cultural activities. General Manager Nguyen Hai Chau commented, "This highly specialized senior care system is almost non-existent in the Vietnamese market; we see the future of Vietnam's elderly care industry here."
The two-day visit was highly productive. Chairman Pham Xuan Hieu extended a warm invitation to SINO-OCEAN GP, stating, "SINO-OCEAN GP's product development capabilities are admirable. We look forward to more opportunities for exchange in the future." This cross-border exchange not only demonstrated the substantial capabilities of Chinese real estate companies in healthy building, premium office spaces, commercial complexes, and senior care services but also laid the groundwork for potential future collaboration between the two parties in market expansion and the delivery of quality projects in both China and Vietnam.
