Stock News01-22

51WORLD (06651) announced that the stabilization period in relation to the global offering ended on January 22, 2026, which is the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications under the Hong Kong public offering.

Since there was no over-allocation in the international placement, the stabilizing agent(s) or any person acting on their behalf did not undertake any stabilizing actions during the stabilization period, and the overall coordinator (for itself and on behalf of the international underwriters) did not exercise the over-allotment option.

The over-allotment option lapsed on Thursday, January 22, 2026, the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications under the Hong Kong public offering.

Consequently, no shares have been or will be issued pursuant to the over-allotment option.
