ALSCO Pooling (02649.HK) Announces Full Transition to Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

ALSCO Pooling Service Co., Ltd. (stock code 02649) notified non-registered shareholders on 12 March 2026 that, with immediate effect, all future corporate communications will be provided exclusively in electronic form in line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime.

Under the new arrangement, documents such as annual and interim reports, directors’ reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be published in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://www.anwood.com.cn/) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

Non-registered shareholders are required to: 1. Coordinate with their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to supply a valid email address for receiving electronic notifications; and 2. Submit a reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, if they wish to continue receiving hard-copy documents. Requests can also be emailed to alsco.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Enquiries may be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 between 09:00 and 18:00 (Hong Kong time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The notice was signed by Chairman and Director Mr. Sun Yan’an on behalf of the board, formalising ALSCO Pooling’s transition to a fully electronic mode of shareholder communication.
