Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of construction entities for the second batch of national-level manufacturing digital transformation promotion centers, with 25 units nationwide selected, and Sichuan Jinxiang Sairui Chemical Co., Ltd. making the list.
The manufacturing digital transformation promotion center is an important vehicle for advancing the "intelligent transformation and digital transformation" of the manufacturing industry. Construction entities strengthen professional orientation, carry out the construction of digital promotion centers in accordance with the requirements of the "Guidelines for the Establishment of Manufacturing Digital Transformation Promotion Centers," strengthen the role of "gathering energy + empowering," highlight the application of artificial intelligence empowerment, deeply cultivate industries, take root in regions, radiate across the country, and help manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, accelerate their digital and intelligent transformation.
Sichuan Jinxiang Sairui Chemical Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Meishan City, deeply cultivating the field of natural gas green chemicals, and has built a complete green circular economy industrial chain. The digital promotion center it leads focuses on the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of three industry sectors — petrochemical chemicals, mechanical equipment, and food processing — and builds a comprehensive digital transformation service system integrating technical services, resource matching, talent cultivation, policy implementation, and financial empowerment.
The center, together with the Meishan Branch of the Sichuan Digital and Intelligent Technical Transformation Promotion Center, provides inclusive "small, fast, light, and precise" lightweight digital services to small, medium, and micro enterprises in Meishan City, having completed online lightweight digital screening for more than 100 enterprises and implemented single-point lightweight transformation projects such as equipment networking, simple quality traceability, workshop digital inspection, and basic network security checkups for dozens of small, medium, and micro enterprises with weak foundations.
To date, Sichuan has 5 national-level manufacturing digital transformation promotion centers, ranking third in the country in terms of the number selected. Previously, Sichuan proposed the goal of "achieving full coverage of digital transformation for industrial enterprises above designated size across the province" by 2027, focusing on the pain points and difficulties of enterprises lacking direction, resources, and services in their intelligent and green transformation. By building a strong transformation supply resource pool, mapping key industrial chain transformation atlases, and conducting efficient supply-demand matching, it continues to gather high-quality industrial service resources. At the same time, it builds a three-dimensional service matrix of "online 'Digital Intelligence Connect' platform + offline provincial, municipal, and county-level three-tier service network + composite think tank experts + frontline service specialists," comprehensively smoothing the enterprise transformation service chain.
In the past three years, Sichuan has cumulatively cultivated 300 national-level intelligent transformation and digital transformation benchmarks, cultivated 4 "Lighthouse Factories," 6 "Digital Navigator" enterprises, 20 Excellent-level Smart Factories, and 1 Navigator-level Smart Factory. The four cities of Chengdu, Yibin, Mianyang, and Deyang were selected as national pilot cities for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
"Next, we will continue to promote the quality and efficiency improvement of the Sichuan Digital and Intelligent Technical Transformation Promotion Center, deepen supply-demand matching, and systematically advance the province's digital and intelligent transformation," introduced the relevant person in charge of the Big Data Division of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.
