Qilu Expressway Company Limited announced that it will fully implement electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Hopewell Centre, Hong Kong.
Key details of the arrangement are as follows:
1. Availability of documents • Both English and Chinese versions of every corporate communication will be posted on the company’s website (www.qlecl.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). • Printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.
2. Consequences of not submitting a valid email address • Shareholders may miss email notifications and will need to check the two websites proactively for updates. • Actionable corporate communications—documents that require shareholder instructions—will be sent in printed form until an email address is provided.
3. Printed copy option • Shareholders preferring printed materials can tick the relevant box on the reply form or email qiluexpressway.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address. • This request is valid for one year from the date of receipt.
For further questions, shareholders may contact Computershare via the same email address. The notice was signed by Chairman Wei Yong and dated 27 April 2026.
