On January 9, JIUMAOJIU announced that in the fourth quarter of 2025, the table turnover rates for Tai Er (self-operated only), Song Hot Pot, and JIUMAOJIU (self-operated only) were 3.0, 2.3, and 2.1 respectively, while their same-store average daily sales decreased by 3.0%, 19.0%, and 16.4% year-on-year. During the fourth quarter of 2025, the operational performance of the group's main brands showed steady improvement. Notably, Tai Er's same-store average daily sales in mainland China achieved positive year-on-year growth, indicating that the effectiveness of previous operational adjustments and store model upgrades is becoming more evident. During the period, the performance of the "Fresh Live" model stores was particularly outstanding, providing strong support for Tai Er's overall operational recovery. As of December 31, 2025, Tai Er had cumulatively opened 243 "Fresh Live" model stores, covering 60 key cities across the country. This includes six newly upgraded "New Tai Er • Fresh Ingredient Sichuan Cuisine" stores, which have been further optimized in terms of product structure and menu diversity, continuously strengthening the "fresh ingredients" brand positioning. Since its launch, the "Fresh Live" model has received positive market feedback, further validating its replicability across different cities and consumption scenarios. Furthermore, new model stores for Song Hot Pot and JIUMAOJIU were also successively opened in the fourth quarter of 2025 and received positive market responses.
