KAISA GROUP Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Transitions to Full Electronic Communication

Bulletin Express09-29 21:22

KAISA GROUP (01638) has released its Interim Report 2026 in both English and Chinese. The document has been posted on the company’s website (www.kaisagroup.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) effective 29 September 2026.

The board confirmed a shift to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07. Shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional email address—either by scanning a personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—to receive timely publication alerts.

Key points of the new arrangement: • Digital-only access will replace routine printed mailings; printed versions will be dispatched only upon request and free of charge. • If no valid email address is provided, shareholders must proactively check the company and HKEXnews websites for updates and will receive actionable communications in hard copy by default. • A standing request for printed copies remains valid for 12 months from the date it is lodged, after which a new request is required.

Enquiries can be directed to IR1638@kaisagroup.com. The notice is signed by Chairman and Executive Director Kwok Ying Shing on behalf of the board.
