Zhiyuan Robotics stated that the company will participate throughout Shanghai Longcheer Technology's production line scenario adaptation, including early-stage workstation layout research and end-effector customization, mid-stage equipment installation and commissioning and operator training, to later-stage technical maintenance and algorithm iteration, providing "full-cycle, integrated" services.
Meanwhile, through this cooperation, Shanghai Longcheer Technology will deploy nearly 1,000 robots, primarily involving Zhiyuan Robotics' Zhiyuan Genie G2 robots.
Initially, Zhiyuan Genie G2 robots will focus on tablet production lines, achieving batch deployment of embodied intelligent robots in consumer electronics assembly manufacturing scenarios.
Zhiyuan Genie G2 robots will leverage AI interaction and coordination functions in flexible grasping, multi-station collaboration, and production line data integration, driving leapfrog improvements in production line operational efficiency through high-quality and stable intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
Zhiyuan Robotics noted that the company's ability to secure this major order from Shanghai Longcheer Technology is primarily due to Zhiyuan Genie G2 robots' core flexible advantages including flexible reuse, rapid changeover, and scalable replication.
