TECHTRONIC IND (00669) to Voluntarily Discontinue HART Business by Year-End

Stock News12-11

TECHTRONIC IND (00669) announced that, in line with TTI's consistent pursuit of profit growth, the company will voluntarily discontinue its HART business by the end of 2025 while retaining the HART brand within its product portfolio. The company reiterated that POS demand trends for its Milwaukee and Ryobi brands across all core verticals remained robust throughout November, laying a solid foundation for sustained success in 2026 and demonstrating the underlying strength and resilience of its business.

Group CEO Mr. Steven Philip Richman stated, "Amid rising tariffs and broad macroeconomic uncertainties, our business has maintained resilience. We take immense pride in the continued growth of our Milwaukee and Ryobi brands. Discontinuing the HART business further strengthens our ability to achieve mid-term internal profit targets while preserving potential for additional growth in the coming years."
