MOG Digitech updates authorised representative and reshuffles nomination committee

MOG Digitech Holdings Limited announced board-level changes effective 30 July 2026.

The company confirmed that Mr. Chow Kit Ting has stepped down as the authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Executive director Mr. Zhou Yue has been appointed to fill the role, ensuring continuous compliance with exchange requirements.

Concurrently, the composition of the Nomination Committee has been realigned: • Mr. Deng Zhihua relinquished his position as chairman of the committee. • Independent non-executive director (INED) Mr. Gao Hongxiang has been re-designated from member to chairman. • INED Mr. Yau Tung Shing has joined the committee as a new member.
