Traditional industrial robots, originating from automotive manufacturing, are suited for single-variant, high-volume, and long-cycle stable production. However, general industrial manufacturing often involves multi-variant, small-batch, and flexible scenarios, where the applicability of traditional industrial robots is limited. In the future, intelligent robots are expected to significantly replace manual operations across industrial settings. Taking the company's own manufacturing environment as an example, among over 500 current scenarios, traditional industrial robots can cover fewer than 50 types, whereas future intelligent robots are projected to cover 70% to 80% of positions.
