Consequently, he will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules and as the authorized representative under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). Furthermore, he will no longer act as the legal process agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from January 7, 2026.

Following Mr. Li's resignation, Ms. Huang Huajuan has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent, effective from January 7, 2026.
