On 6 June 2026, Zhejiang Shibao Company Limited announced the release of a supplemental circular and a revised proxy form, both now available in English and Chinese on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.zjshibao.com).
The board confirmed that the materials constitute the “Current Corporate Communications” as defined by Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07A. Registered shareholders experiencing any difficulty in accessing the online files may request free printed copies by emailing zhejiangshibao.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Zhejiang Shibao has formally adopted an electronic dissemination regime for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—eliminating routine hard-copy distribution. Both language versions will be posted on the company’s and HKEXnews websites.
Shareholders are urged to supply a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the share registrar. Without a valid email on record, holders will not receive notification of new publications and must monitor the two websites proactively; only actionable communications will continue to be mailed in paper form.
Any request for printed copies of future corporate communications can be lodged via the reply form or the designated email. Such instructions remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.
