Mr. Huang resigned from his intended position as independent director of the company's tenth board of directors due to health reasons, with his resignation taking effect from the date the letter was received by the board. Huang Jinwen's appointment as independent director had been approved during the company's 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders, but his qualifications had not yet received regulatory approval, and he had not officially assumed his duties.
