GPIXEL (03277) Appoints Zhao Yan as Non-Executive Director

GPIXEL (03277) has issued an announcement stating that Ms. Yang Yi has applied to resign as a non-executive director in order to focus on her management duties at Lingyun Photon Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lingyun Photon", a major shareholder of the company).

Dr. Gao Teng has applied to resign as an independent non-executive director due to increasingly heavy commitments in other business work and a desire to devote more time to handling other matters.

To fill the relevant vacancies, the Board of Directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Dr. Zhao Yan as a non-executive director, and the appointment of Mr. Xie Jijun as an independent non-executive director.
