Dream International Limited has formally invited its newly registered shareholders to select their preferred method and language for receiving all future corporate communications pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B, the company’s Articles of Association and the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).
Shareholders are being asked to choose one of four distribution formats: 1. Electronic access via the company’s website (www.dream-i.com.hk) with email notification of publication. 2. Printed English versions only. 3. Printed Chinese versions only. 4. Both printed English and Chinese versions.
Key timeline and default arrangement: • Reply Form deadline: 21 October 2026. • If no completed Reply Form or written objection is received by the deadline, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to the website-only option. • Deemed-consent shareholders will subsequently receive a notification letter each time new materials are posted online.
Operational details: • Reply Forms should be returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by mail or hand, or emailed (scanned copy) to 1126-ecom@vistra.com. • For Hong Kong mailings, a pre-paid postage label is provided; overseas shareholders must affix appropriate postage. • Shareholders selecting electronic delivery are requested to supply an email address to receive publication alerts and any future actionable corporate communications (e.g., dividend election forms, rights issue documents). • Printed copies of all communications remain available on request at no charge, and shareholders may change their election at any time with at least seven days’ written notice.
