Yongning County in Ningxia launched the Tank 300 Hooke Edition on September 19, seizing the major opportunity presented by Yinchuan's "Three New" initiative and the pilot reform for automobile circulation consumption. The new vehicle debut serves as a key driver to expand the automotive consumption sector, facilitate the flow and aggregation of various market elements, and promote the coordinated development of county-level commerce and specialty products, injecting strong momentum into the county's commercial economy.
The launch event leveraged the unique off-road scenery resources of the Hooke Road, breaking through the functional limitations of traditional vehicle launches. Oriented towards empowering industry upgrading through commerce, it established a high-quality platform for communication and connection between car manufacturers, consumer groups, and market entities. By bringing together industry enterprises, off-road enthusiast circles, mainstream media, and self-media resources, the event broadened the county's reach within the automotive consumption field and amplified the promotional impact of the activity.
Building on this momentum, Yongning County is planning the Hooke Road off-road racing and commercial-culture-tourism integration project. Featuring an "off-road plus cultural tourism" model, the initiative aims to create a differentiated automotive consumption scenario and actively explore a development model that links automobile sales with commercial activities, cultivating new growth points for consumption.
Looking ahead, the county will focus on achieving the pilot reform targets for automobile circulation consumption. It will continue to tap into the inherent potential of the automotive market, strengthen integrated consumption formats, and work to cultivate new consumption scenarios and hotspots. Efforts will also coordinate local market resources in commercial distribution, specialty agricultural products, wine, and cultural and creative goods. The plan includes linking the Hooke Road with the Seeing Minning Drama Village and the Jiangshan Yue Hengtai City complex to enable two-way traffic of consumer flow and help expand sales of local products.
