CSC Holdings Keeps Issued Share Base at 20.39 Billion in June; Public Float Remains Above 25% Requirement

Bulletin Express17:25

CSC Holdings Limited reported no movements in its share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 July 2026.

The company’s issued ordinary share count stood unchanged at 20.39 billion, with zero treasury shares on the books. Consequently, total issued shares remained at 20.39 billion, identical to the prior month’s level.

CSC Holdings confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% of the outstanding class, indicating that at least one-quarter of its issued shares continues to be held by public investors.

No authorised-capital adjustments, warrant issues, convertible securities, or other share-related agreements were recorded during the period. Likewise, the company’s share-option scheme showed no outstanding, granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed options in June; however, the scheme permits the potential issuance of up to 2.04 billion shares in future.

The filing was signed by Executive Director Chow Kam Wah, affirming that all regulatory requirements under Hong Kong listing rules were met for the period reviewed.
