Stock Track | Critical Metals Soars 8.35% Intraday on Saudi JV, Offtake Agreements and Greenland Political Developments

Stock Track01-22

Critical Metals Corporation's stock surged 8.35% during intraday trading on Thursday, extending its recent upward momentum.

The rally follows several positive developments for the company. Independent analysts have confirmed that its Tanbreez mine in Greenland can consistently produce rare earths oxide at concentrate grades above 3%. Strategically, the company has signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a rare earth processing joint venture in Saudi Arabia and has entered four non-binding term sheets for offtake from the Tanbreez project, signaling future revenue streams.

Furthermore, the company stated it has no plans to issue debt or equity for the Saudi venture and is in discussions with several governments regarding financing options for Tanbreez. The stock also found support from political developments, as former U.S. President Donald Trump announced a "framework" agreement concerning Greenland, where Critical Metals' key project is located. The company's CEO emphasized the strategic importance of its rare earths in reducing market dependence on China.
