Feiyang Group Releases 2025 Annual Report Online; Shareholders Asked to Confirm Delivery Preferences

Bulletin Express04-28 18:25

Feiyang International Holdings Group Limited (Feiyang Group) announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on the company’s website (www.iflying.com) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board—led by Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer He Binfeng—encourages registered shareholders to access the web-based report, noting that printed copies have been dispatched only to investors who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Shareholders who experience difficulties retrieving the online report, or who now prefer physical copies, can submit the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label, or email 1901-ecom@vistra.com. Printed reports and future corporate communications will be provided free of charge upon request.

To ensure timely electronic notification of future publications—covering annual, interim and any actionable corporate communications—investors must supply a valid email address via the same Reply Form. Until an operational address is recorded, notices and documents will be sent in printed form by post.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
