AEON STORES (00984) announced that on December 15, 2025, its non-wholly owned subsidiary, AEON Guangdong (as the lessee), entered into a lease agreement with the lessor (Zhuhai Huafu Commercial Trade Development Co., Ltd.) for a property to be used for retail operations. The lease term is 15 years, commencing from the lease commencement date.
The leased property, located at Shop A2001, 2nd Floor, Building 1, No. 8 Zhuhai Avenue, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China, will serve as a retail outlet for AEON Guangdong.
