Following a series of co-founder departures and a merger with SpaceX, Elon Musk stated on platform X that xAI is undergoing a rebuilding process. This week, as xAI strives to compete with Anthropic and OpenAI, the company announced the recruitment of two professionals from programming startup Cursor. In a social media post, Musk wrote, "Over the past few years, many talented individuals who applied to join xAI were rejected without even an interview opportunity. I deeply apologize."
