The company posted Q4 earnings per share of $0.62, missing the consensus estimate of $0.80. Similarly, Q4 net income of $64.336 million came in below the estimated $82.8 million, and operating income of $108.834 million was lower than the expected $118.6 million.
Looking ahead, ACI Worldwide provided its financial outlook, forecasting full-year revenue growth of 7% to 9% and expecting to allocate 50% to 60% of its operating cash flow toward share repurchases in 2026. For the first quarter of 2026, the company anticipates revenue between $405 million and $415 million.
