Haier Smart Home Repurchases 1.56 Million A-Shares for RMB 31.57 Million, Expanding Treasury Stock to 149.60 Million Shares

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. announced that it bought back 1.56 million A-shares on 7 July 2026 via the Shanghai Stock Exchange for its share incentive schemes. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from RMB 20.24 to RMB 20.40, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately RMB 20.30 per share, bringing total cash outlay to around RMB 31.57 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.03 percent to 6.103 billion shares. Concurrently, the treasury-share balance increased to 149.60 million shares. The overall number of issued shares, including treasury holdings, remained unchanged at 6.253 billion.

All repurchased shares are being retained as treasury shares, with none cancelled as of the disclosure date. The board confirmed that the buyback complied with relevant Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and mainland regulatory requirements.
