FIH Mobile Limited (FIH) on 17 April 2026 announced that the English and Chinese versions of the following documents are now available on both the company website (www.fihmobile.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk):
• 2025 Annual Report • Circular for the 2026 Annual General Meeting • Form of Proxy for the 2026 AGM • 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report
Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.
Electronic dissemination framework 1. Pursuant to Listing Rule 2.07A and Article 163 of FIH’s Articles of Association, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically by default. 2. Both language versions will remain accessible on the company and HKEXnews websites. 3. Shareholders are encouraged to confirm electronic delivery by submitting an email address using the personalised QR code or by returning the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
Options for shareholders • Provide a functional email address: subsequent corporate communications will be sent electronically. • No email address or an invalid address: shareholders will receive printed copies of all corporate communications, including any actionable documents requiring a voting instruction or election. • Request printed copies: a written request is valid for one year from receipt and may specify English, Chinese, or both language versions.

The new arrangement aligns FIH with Hong Kong’s expanded paperless listing regime, reduces reliance on physical mailings and enhances timely access to corporate disclosures.
