UBOX Online Buys Back 345,000 H Shares for HK$0.91 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 7.11 Million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. reported a share repurchase on 15 July 2026, acquiring 345,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$2.62 and HK$2.65, for a volume-weighted average price of HK$2.6287. The transaction cost totalled HK$0.91 million.

Following the buyback, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.04 % to 939.40 million, while treasury shares increased to 7.11 million. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 946.51 million.

The repurchases form part of a mandate approved on 28 May 2026 that authorises the company to buy back up to 94.65 million shares. To date, UBOX Online has repurchased 7.11 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.75 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

All 345,000 shares purchased will be held in treasury; none have been cancelled. Under Hong Kong listing rules, UBOX Online is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 14 August 2026.
