Over the weekend, Flight 803 bound for Tokyo experienced engine failure shortly after takeoff, prompting an in-flight fuel dump before safely landing at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). A minor brush fire on the ground was quickly extinguished, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has launched an investigation into the incident.
