Lowering the Entry Barrier: Yichuan Speeds Up Digital Transformation of Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprises

To thoroughly implement the work deployment of "transforming whatever can be transformed" for the digital transformation of specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, and to accelerate the pilot construction of digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises in the county, relevant departments of the county recently organized a promotion meeting on the digital transformation of specialized and sophisticated enterprises, with 24 such enterprises from across the county attending.

The meeting provided a concentrated interpretation of policies related to the digital transformation pilot, explaining in detail key content such as project application, transformation implementation, acceptance evaluation, and policy support.

Focusing on the pain points and difficulties enterprises face in transformation, and addressing common problems such as high transformation costs, a shortage of professional talent, and the reluctance or inability to transform, staff provided on-site answers and targeted relief, guiding enterprises to deeply understand the important role of digital transformation in improving quality and efficiency, reducing costs and empowering operations, and enhancing core competitiveness.

At the same time, enterprises were guided to seize policy benefits, proactively change their development concepts, abandon traditional development thinking, scientifically plan digital and intelligent upgrade and transformation projects, and actively engage in the pilot construction of digital transformation.

Next, the county will continue to strengthen policy publicity and precise business guidance, and make every effort to advance full coverage and the principle of "transforming whatever can be transformed" for the digital transformation of specialized and sophisticated enterprises in key industries.

For enterprises that have not yet completed transformation, lightweight transformation plans that are "small, fast, light and precise" will be promoted according to local conditions, lowering the threshold for transformation, cultivating industry upgrade demonstration benchmarks, and continuously supporting the high-quality development of the county's industrial economy through digital transformation.
