LEOCH INT'L trims 9.31 million shares in July; total issued share base falls to 1.43 billion

Leoch International Technology Limited (LEOCH INT'L) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, outlining share capital movements for the month ended 31 July 2026.

Authorised capital unchanged • The company’s authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued shares reduced by 9.31 million • Total issued shares (excluding treasury stock) declined by 9.31 million to 1.43307 billion, driven entirely by on-market repurchases completed and cancelled on 28 July 2026 under a mandate approved on 15 May 2026. • No treasury shares were held or transferred during the period.

Public float intact • Despite the reduction, LEOCH INT'L confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Share option position • Two active share option schemes together carried 10.56 million outstanding options at month-end, with a further 77.81 million shares available for grant under the 2020 scheme. – 2010 Scheme: 1.28 million outstanding options. – 2020 Scheme: 9.28 million outstanding options; potential future issuance capacity of 77.81 million shares.

No warrants, convertibles or other share-issue arrangements were reported for the month.
