BenQ BM Holding Cayman Corp. has scheduled a board meeting for 6 August 2026. Directors will consider and approve the unaudited interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 and decide on a possible interim dividend.
The meeting will also authorise publication of the interim financial report. The current board comprises one executive director, three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, with Executive Director Mr Hsaio Tze-Jung issuing the announcement on 27 July 2026 in Hong Kong.
