CHINA TRAVEL HK: Non-Executive Director Zheng Jiang Steps Down, Board Composition Updated

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (CHINA TRAVEL HK) announced that Mr. Zheng Jiang has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Director, effective 29 July 2026. The departure is attributed to Mr. Zheng’s need to focus on other business commitments.

Mr. Zheng confirmed he holds no disagreements with the Board and is unaware of any matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention in connection with his resignation. The Board expressed its gratitude for Mr. Zheng’s contributions during his tenure.

Following the change, the Board now consists of: • Executive Directors: Mr. Wu Qiang (Chairman), Mr. Feng Gang, and Mr. Li Pengyu • Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Tsang Wai Hung and Mr. Fan Zhishi • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Song Dawei, Ms. Fang Xuan, and Mr. Qian Jiannong

The resignation does not alter the total number of directors at eight, maintaining the Company’s established governance structure.
