KINWONG Debuts on First Trading Day with 6.98% Morning Decline, Positioned as World's Leading Automotive Electronics PCB Supplier

According to a financial news app report, KINWONG (HKEX: 03228) made its trading debut, with its offering priced at HK$69.88 per share, issuing a total of 72,944,300 shares, with each board lot consisting of 100 shares, and net proceeds of approximately HK$4.961 billion. As of the time of writing, the stock had fallen 6.98% to HK$65, with a turnover of HK$119 million.

The prospectus shows that KINWONG is a globally renowned manufacturer of printed circuit board (PCB) products. The company's PCB products provide interconnection foundations for global customers across sectors including automotive electronics, communications and data infrastructure, smart devices, and industrial control. Leveraging its PCB products and intelligent manufacturing capabilities, the company has become a leader in the global automotive electronics PCB industry and one of the few suppliers of core components for AI computing infrastructure.

According to data from China Insights Consultancy, based on 2025 annual revenue, the company is the world's largest automotive electronics PCB supplier, holding a 10.6% market share, and ranks eleventh among global PCB suppliers with a 2.5% market share. Eight of the world's top ten Tier 1 automotive suppliers are customers of the company, and the company's PCB products have been widely applied in the automotive products of the world's top ten automotive groups.
