Digital China announces winning bids worth 55 million yuan for PICC Group Kunpeng server project

Digital China Group Co.,Ltd. (SZSE: 000034) has issued a new announcement stating that its controlled subsidiary Beijing Shenzhou Kuntai Information Technology Co., Ltd. has received a Notice of Award, confirming it as the supplier for two bid packages 鈥?Kunpeng general-purpose bare metal and Kunpeng general-purpose computing 鈥?under PICC Group's core equipment procurement project (PICC P&C 2026, third batch).

The award amount for Kunpeng general-purpose bare metal servers is RMB 31.616 million (tax inclusive), while the award amount for Kunpeng general-purpose computing servers is RMB 55.008 million (tax inclusive). The products to be supplied under the awarded project are Shenzhou Kuntai series servers.

The announcement states that if the project is successfully implemented, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's proprietary-brand computing infrastructure product business and the company's overall operating performance. Currently, no formal contract has been signed for the above project, and there remains uncertainty regarding the signing of the contract and its terms.
