On April 1, the Fangchenggang branch of the People's Bank of China disclosed administrative penalties against Bank of China Limited's Fangchenggang branch. The branch was found to have violated financial statistics regulations, breached account management rules, failed to comply with credit information management requirements, and neglected to conduct customer due diligence as required. As a result, the branch received a warning and was fined 387,000 yuan.
