HENGAN INT'L (01044) announced that Mr. Peng Yaoci has resigned from his positions as the company's secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and authorized representative for accepting legal documents under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. These changes will take effect from April 27, 2026. Mr. Peng will continue to serve as the group's Finance and Investor Relations Director. Additionally, the company has appointed Ms. Shi Xiaoli as Company Secretary, HKEX Authorized Representative, and Part 16 Authorized Representative, effective April 27, 2026.
