Li Ning Publishes 2025 Annual Report Online and Switches to Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express04-22

Li Ning Company Limited announced the online release of its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular, meeting notice and proxy form. Both English and Chinese versions have been uploaded to the company’s investor-relations site (http://ir.lining.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive printed materials in their chosen language.

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023), Li Ning has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, listing documents, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms.

Shareholders are urged to submit a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Without a valid email on record, investors must periodically check the company’s website and HKEXnews for new documents; only Actionable Corporate Communications will continue to be mailed in printed form.

Investors preferring hard-copy documents may request printed versions via the reply form or by emailing liningecom@computershare.com.hk. This preference remains valid for one year from the request date. Further assistance is available through the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
