Sanmina shares surged 13.7% in overnight trading following second quarter results that significantly exceeded Wall Street expectations, driven by stronger-than-anticipated demand for accelerated compute products from its ZT Systems acquisition.

Nucor beat Wall Street expectations for first-quarter revenue, helped by ​higher average selling prices and strong volumes ‌in its steel mills segment, sending its shares up 5.1% in overnight trading.

Bloom Energy shares gained 3.6% post-market Monday after Oracle and BorderPlex Digital Assets said they will utilize Bloom's fuel cells to fully power the planned multi-billion dollar Project Jupiter AI data center campus in New Mexico.

Cadence Design Systems raised its full-year revenue forecast, betting ​that sustained, heavy investment in specialized artificial intelligence processors ‌will continue to drive demand for its chip-design tools. The shares rose 1.1% in overnight trading.

Nvidia shares rose another 1.1% in overnight trading, after jumping 4% on Monday.

Celestica shares sank 8% in overnight trading even as the Canadian technology firm reported first-quarter results and guidance that topped estimates.

Shares of Rambus fell 11.4% in overnight trading after the company issued guidance for the second-quarter with a midpoint below Wall Street's expectations.

Erasca shares plunged 35% in overnight trading. The steep decline was triggered by a major intellectual property dispute filed by competitor Revolution Medicines.
