MNSO Repurchases 1.34 Million Shares for HKD 24.85 Million, Equal to 0.11 % of Share Capital

MINISO Group Holding Limited (MNSO) disclosed that on 8 September 2026 it bought back 1,339,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 18.41 and HKD 18.70, for a total consideration of HKD 24.85 million. The volume-weighted average purchase price was approximately HKD 18.55 per share.

These shares represent 0.11 % of the company’s 1.21 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 7 September 2026. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation, leaving the current issued share count unchanged at 1.21 billion until cancellation is completed.

The transaction forms part of the buy-back mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises MNSO to repurchase up to 121.40 million shares. Including the latest purchase, the company has repurchased 8.97 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.74 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury shares is in effect until 8 October 2026 following this repurchase.
